✦ For movers & first-time buyers

New house.
No mystery drawer.

Tag each appliance as you unpack. Manuals, warranties and service dates live behind a QR code on the item itself — so from day one, this home has a proper history.

Sound familiar?

You inherited a house and a pile of guesses

The sellers moved out and took the answers with them. Moving in is the one moment you touch every single thing you own — it's the perfect time to get organised.

🔥

"When was the boiler last serviced?"

Nobody knows. The previous owners left a manual from 2016, an unlabelled key, and a takeaway menu. That's the entire paper trail for your biggest appliance.

🗓️

The warranty clock is already running

New build? Your appliances need registering — most manufacturers give you 28 days to register for the full warranty, and it's the last thing on your mind mid-move.

📦

Everything is in a box marked "misc"

Completion statement, EPC, guarantees for the windows, the FENSA certificate — currently distributed between your solicitor's emails and three cardboard boxes.

How it works

Unpack it, tag it, forget about it

You're already handling every item once. Add ten seconds per item and you'll never do this job again.

1

Order your stickers

Sign up and your first pack of durable QR stickers arrives by post, free. Self-print temporary codes if you can't wait.

2

Tag as you unpack

Sticker on the appliance, scan, snap the receipt or manual, note the warranty date. Ten seconds while the kettle boils.

3

Add the house itself

Boiler, fuse board, meters, window guarantees, EPC. The stuff that came with the house gets a record too.

4

Let the reminders work

Warranty running out? Boiler service due? You get an email 30 and 7 days before — for the whole life of the house.

The moving-in list

Tag these in your first week

Not everything — just the things future-you will phone someone about.

Questions movers ask

Frequently asked questions

We haven't moved yet — should I start now?

Yes. Tag things as you pack and you get a moving inventory for free — you'll know exactly which box the router is in. Then the records simply come with you to the new house.

Can I store documents from my solicitor's pack?

Yes — upload PDFs or photos of anything: EPC, guarantees, certificates, the completion statement. Attach them to the house or to a specific item.

What happens when we sell this house?

You transfer the property record — boiler history, certificates, appliance records — to the buyer in one go. A documented house is an easier sale, and you get to feel smug at the handover.

Do I need to download an app?

No. Any phone camera scans the codes, and you manage everything in the browser. The removal men can scan a box label without installing anything.

What does it cost?

Free to start, including your first sticker pack by post. The Home plan adds more items, email reminders and property transfer when you next move.

You'll never have a better excuse to get organised.

Every box you unpack is an item in your hand. Tag it now, or spend the next decade guessing when the boiler was serviced — like the people before you did.
